Pneumatic cotton lint conveying system from double roller gin to post ginning cleaning machine.

Pneumatic cotton lint conveying system form post ginning cleaning machine to cotton lint hall & Pneumatic cotton lint conveying system from cotton lint hall to press Hall.

The promoters are having more than 12 years experience in the ginning machinery field. The company has exported machineries in Africa through a dealer.

Rescently the company has errected a plant in Maruti Ginning (Vijapur) for Raw Cotton System. 
The plant is having number of extra ordinery features.

  • 36 Double Roller Gin Stands, with the total capacity of 7.5 Ton material conveying per hour. 

  • There is no need of Labours on the plateform, only one operator handles the plant. 

  • No need of extra maintenece.

  • No Sencers, No need of techniciens or electronics engineer required.

  • Fully mechanical and working with moisture also.

  • Cheaper than Trolley Conveying System

  • Approximately 60% of Power Saving.

  • Less Material Shortage in Process Plan (Approximately 2% Additional Profit)
